I've died and gone to heaven

Sep. 18th, 2009 | 02:38 pm

It really does just keep getting better and better...Today I warned H that his tag was sticking out of the back of his pants. I was afraid he'd be mad but thankfully he seemed grateful. I whispered it to him and he stood up to fix it. He says, 'I didn't even know I had a tag. Thank you.'

A few minutes passed, he taught us how to make pinchpots, which I did halfheartedly. I just like listening to him talk. Later, when I was washing my hands, I was actually thinking 'I wish he'd come up and talk to me right now.' And lo and behold, he appeared on my left side, leaned against the wall by the sink and launched into a cute story about how he was playing tennis with 'his boys' and he went home and his wife asked him "Why are you wearing your shirt inside out?"

His smile is so cute, I laughed and asked, "Nobody told you anything?"

I can't remember what he said just then, damn it.

I know I went to throw away a paper towel and he followed me, drinking his Starbucks. I said, "Don't worry, I'll tell you next time."

I said, "One time I left the house with eyeliner and mascara on one eye and nothing on the other, but luckily my bangs covered most of it."

He smiled and said "I'll tell you, if that happens."

"Thanks."

------------------------------------

After school I went to his room. I just can't seem to stay away. He was there, playing chess with some dude. I went and sat down, got to work on my drawing. He played chess for a bit more and then they all left. He went out of the room for a bit, and I was just drawing while listening to my ipod. Honestly, I wasn't even really listening to my music...

He appeared in front of me, smiling, probably laughing because he was trying to talk to me through my music. I took of my ipod and said "hm?"

"What class is this for? studio?"

"yeah, studio."

He helped me so much today. Really, he's the best any girl could ask for. He was patient, intelligent and smells damn good. He posed for me and made me pose for him. :) I held my arm up and he touched my hand and arm several times. I've officially died and gone to heaven. My heart was racing the whole time.

He said, "Sometimes I sketch hands, and I KNOW I have it right, but it still looks off. It's frustrating."

He even gave me tracing paper to use. :) A big long piece. He told me to keep it and practice. I love this man.

He was heating up his lunch as I worked. I think that's so funny; he had a burger or something. LOL. When I started packing up, he looked right at me and asked, "Did it work out?"

"Oh yeah, I like it a lot better."

He's so sweet.

"Guess what I'm doing later?"

"Shopping."

"Nooo. I'm teaching little kids!"

"What are you teaching them?"

"Ballet."

"Ballet?"

"I have to get my Disney princess voice ready. That's the only way the little girls will listen to me."

"Well, that sounds fun-"

"Yeah, but I wanna go to the football game. I haven't been to a single football game."

"And you're a senior?"

"Yep. It's sad, isn't it?"

He kinda scoffed, "You're a senior and you've never been to a football game. Well what time are you done?"

"4:00-8:00."

"Well, the game's still on at eight!"

"But by then, I'm really tired."

And then we exchanged goodbyes and I thanked him and said I'd see him on Monday. Such a good day.

Long time...

I haven't posted in the longest time! It's time to break that.

Let's see...what's new?

I've started DRIVING!! So excited. Just in empty parking lots and around my neighborhood but it's better than nothing, right? I feel like I've grown up so much this summer. I also volunteer part time in a pharmacy at my dad's hospital. I love to cook. Every weekend I try a new recipe, mostly I like to cook pasta, like I made a beautiful dish of shrimp linguini with lemon zest last weekend. I'd like to try some raspberry pound cake this weekend.

School starts on Monday!! AHHHHH!!! *flies to Europe and hides* I sort of want to go back, to see my friends but I loathe the prospect of homework...Especially chemistry and trig. Talk about an Achilles' heel. Gah.

I feel like shopping. I've really been restraining myself for the past few months and I think I deserve a little spree. Well, maybe a slightly big spree. Haha, what a hypocrite I am! Anyway, I'd like a back-to-school outfit to kick off the year with a bang.

Another thing that's on my mind constantly is the whole college thing. I'm a junior now, which means there is absolutely no room for any screwing around this year. Not that I ever have screwed up on purpose before, mind you. And I am actually taking an art class this year! I'm exhilarated!

Pointe is the same. I suffer from pains in my arches sometimes, but I attribute that to my crappy shoes. Hopefully I can switch to Grishko's once I wear my Blochs out. Ah, well. What doesn't kill me will make me stronger.

Today

mood: sleepy sleepy

Whoo, today was really fun and crazy, but the weather really sucked. I don't know why we have such strange periods of extreme heat and then it lapses into fog and chill right after. Anyway, I spent the day with one of my best friends, we went shopping, had lunch at a cute cafe and got our nails done. Pretty nice way to start spring break, that was the first time in two months I actually got to go out with a friend, lol. I have nothing except ballet at 6:30, yes!!! *victory dance* No school for a week, yay. I think I still have homework to do though, so booo for that... And it's like one in the morning, I gotta crash now...*snore*

But, I am super proud, I finally finished my Walsibeth "Sexyback" video!! Hahaha, another one down, "Girlfriend" still to go!

Life recently

Hmm, well this is my first time posting in my journal, lol. I've had lj accounts before but I've forgotten all my usernames and passwords because i hardly used them. I definitely am more committed to this account, obviously, haha, and Ive written down all my info so i won't forget.

Anyway, I live in sunny California which has not been very sunny in the past weeks, but fortunately now the temperatures are rising. Spring is coming at last, yay! No more jeans, coats, legwarmers or umbrellas. But knowing the weird ass weather it will probably be back to rainy weather in no time. =P

Umm... I have tons of hobbies. A few in a nutshell are reading, writing fan fic, making music vids for my fave fandoms/ships, shopping, sketching/painting, and dancing.

I dance a lot, hehe. I love ballet, tap, modern jazz and lyrical. Not so much of a hip hopper, ballet has refined my posture a bit much for the looser movements. But hey don't get me wrong, I have friends who take ballet and are just as good at hip hop, so there's gotta be something wrong with me.

Speaking of dance, I have a show this weekend and I'm more nervous than I thought I'd be. Mostly just sad that my whole weekend is going to be spent at the theatre rather than at home, which means all of my homework must be finished on Friday and I have no free time for fan fic on either Saturday or Sunday.

Hmmmmm, what else? I hate math. I love Spanish, History and English.

That's all I can think of to say, I guess.
