Hmm...I don't know where to start. My life so far been one eternal chase to attain peace of mind and a certain sense of j'e ne sais quoi. I'm not saying my life is bad, I actually rather enjoy all of it, even the downs I've faced. I have always been a little more serious and mature (I'm not just saying this, it's true, as a result it was hard for me to make friends when I was younger. But over time I learned to socialize and now I have loads of wonderful, hilarious people who love me for who I am. In my spare time I attend a dance academy and sing in my church choir. My passion seems to include many of the arts, reading, writing, languages, drawing, painting and dancing. I believe dance is the ultimate form of self expression. It is a way for one to channel all of the emotions they feel, in a way it is more eloquent than any speech could ever be.

On a happier note, my absolute favorite things to do in the world are as follows:

-listen to indie rock music (Feist!! Nouvelle Vague!!) during a sunny afternoon
-wander the crowded streets of a European city alone, or with a friend, in search of the perfect summer frock
-curl up with a good book and cup of coffee on a chilly winter day
-get up really early on Saturday mornings to whip up a new pasta recipe
-seeing people's reactions after they've tried my food
-watch all the Audrey Hepburn movies: Breakfast at Tiffany's, Sabrina, Paris when it sizzles, and especially Funny Face!

Okay, well hopefully it won't be too much of a stretch to imagine what kind of a person I am. In one sentence, I'd describe myself as quirky, eclectic, and fun-loving.
